Authentic dishes and in-house recipes make our Paulaner Bräuhaus a truly Bavarian, sensual overall experience. Our cuisine combines our love of Bavarian tradition with current food trends. The culinary focus is on large plates and pans for sharing and typical beer garden dishes such as Obatzda, sausage salad or meat patties as well as traditional classics such as „Schweinshax'n“, „Spätzle“, dumplings and traditional desserts.
Food is an integral part of Bavarian culture, just as beer is.
Look forward to a large food selection including Bavarian classics accompanied by our chefs' international favorites. Our dishes are served on wooden boards, in large bowls and traditional German pans because sharing is caring! Whatever you chose, our home-brewed Paulaner Bräuhaus beer is always an excellent addition.

As the style of cuisine is typically Bavarian, the menu consists of Paulaner platters, Munich specialties as well as international dishes.
We promise our guests continous proven quality as we use identical recipes in all brewhouses which comply to Bavarian standards. The recipes for sausages, for example, are constantly refinde in Munich: in accordance with Bavarian traditions and tastes, imported for you directly in unadulterated form.
